Guests will handle their own ground transportation via taxi, Uber, Lyft, YYZ UP Express Train to Union Station, and/or Billy Bishop City Airport Shuttle to Union Station.

Where is the meeting being held?  
In the heart of Downtown Toronto, at the Microsoft Canada Headquarters. 

When will registration be closed?
Registration is now closed.

When will the meeting agenda be available?  
The agenda is now available on the official webpage Sectra Canada User Meeting 2024. 

Will Sectra pay for my airfare and hotel? 
Sectra will follow the existing contractual language in place at each healthcare system to determine the payment of airfare and hotel costs. 

Is there a registration fee to attend the meeting? 
No . 

Is there a dress code?
The meeting dress code is business casual. 

Can I bring a guest to the user meeting? 
Due to meeting security protocols, we respectfully ask you to not bring guests to the meeting. 

How do I book my travel accommodation for the meeting? 
If your contract with Sectra includes airfare, please contact Sportscorp at 905-857-8599| Toll-Free: 1-800-387-3552 (from Monday-Friday; 8:30-6:00PM EST) or at Sectra_Travel@sportscorp.com. Please let the agent know you are with the “2024 Sectra Canada User Meeting.” Otherwise, you may make your own travel arrangements.

What nights will be covered in the hotel in Toronto?
Sectra will pay for the hotel accommodation for the nights of September 12th and/or September 13th. Additional nights will be paid for by the attendee.

Will Sectra pay for an airline ticket in business class? 
No. For sites with contractual language of paid travel expenses for user meetings, Sectra will cover the cost of an economy, round-trip ticket for the attendee. Upgrades must be paid for by the attendee.  

What is the weather like in early September in Toronto?
Daytime temperatures in Toronto during September are usually as low as 14C and as high as 23C. 

What parking accommodation is available?
Here are the suggested parking garages that are near the meeting. Please note, guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the meeting and parking will not be validated.

What transportation will there be to the restaurant?
Given the proximity of the restaurant to the Microsoft Headquarters, we will walk to Aria Ristorante. Sectra Ambassadors will be available to guide groups of attendees to the event space following the conclusion of the meeting.

***Access to the Microsoft Headquarters – QR Codes Process
You will receive an email 24 hours before the event from CIBC Square with your personalized QR code. The QR code is only valid for the date of the meeting and required to access the building elevators. It is important to save this email and have the code downloaded prior to your attendance. 

How to get to the User Meeting: 

• When entering CIBC Square lobby, proceed to the elevator bank “C” for Floors 41 – 49. 

• Approach the turnstile gate and scan your QR code. The turnstile screen will then display which elevator to enter (C1 through C8). Enter the elevator you are directed to. 

• When you arrive at Floor 44, use the staircase to head down to the 43rd floor to check in at the Sectra reception desk.
