Workshop: Agent-Driven Variant Curation with LLMs and MCP in a Modern LIMS

Variant curation is where most of the interpretation time goes. In this workshop we look at what it takes to bring language models and agent tooling into a clinical LIMS responsibly, how the Model Context Protocol connects an agent to the lab’s own data and knowledge base, where a human decision has to stay in the loop, and what this means for a lab running production diagnostics today.
