Local support and training

We service our customers with local technical support through our highly skilled service engineering team, based in Stevenage (although all are currently working from home due to the pandemic), who are connected 24/7 to the global Sectra call centre. Additionally, remote monitoring is an integral part of Sectra support, and provides our customers with proactive monitoring of their mission critical systems. We run a variety of CPD accredited courses in the UK throughout the year. We are now running monthly webinars on a variety of topics, please contact your account manager to find out more.
