We service our customers with local technical support through our highly skilled service engineering team, based in Stevenage, who are connected 24/7 to the global Sectra call centre. Additionally, remote monitoring is an integral part of Sectra support, and provides our customers with proactive monitoring of their mission critical systems. Sectra UK’s Managing Director, Jane Rendall, joined Sectra in 2010 and has focused on two main areas ever since; happy customers and happy employees.
