On-time and efficient implementation of Sectra PACS at UPHS

The University of Pennsylvania Health System serves patients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the surrounding region through a network of six hospitals and ten multispecialty centers. Producing more than 1 million radiology images per year, the PACS that UPHS previously was on for almost two-decades, was not meeting the needs of the institution. Plus, with the growth with added hospitals, they needed a strategy where they could continue to grow and a vendor that could support them going forward.
