We began our ANZ journey in 2003
Today, we partner with more than a hundred healthcare organisations across Australia and New Zealand, supporting millions of imaging exams annually. Our growth and progress is a result of long-term partnerships and a shared commitment to better care.

Integrated diagnostics sits at the centre of our vision
Diagnostic outcomes improve when clinicians have all relevant data at the point of decision. We are advancing a platform where radiology, pathology, cardiology and now genomics are combined in a single system, and tightly integrated AI, to optimise the combined diagnostic output. The goal: faster, better decisions that enable more personalised care, with built-in feedback loops to continually improve quality.
To make things practical for busy health services
We deliver Sectra One Cloud, a secure and scalable SaaS foundation that reduces operational burden, improves performance predictability, and lowers cyber risk. Our ambition is to provide the “office-suite” of medical imaging: one platform for many “-ologies,” designed to cut complexity, speed time to treatment, and support connected care across networks and regions.
AI is part of that journey and led by clinical input
Through Amplifier, our open approach vets solutions for cybersecurity and regulatory readiness and integrates AI directly into workflow, preserving freedom of choice while helping organisations monitor performance and reality drift over time.

Our name born from “Secure Transmission” reflects decades of cybersecurity leadership. We bring that same focus to every system we deploy so that sensitive data stays protected and clinical services remain available when people need them most.
