Our first US installation was at Riverside University Health System in 1998, and they remain a loyal Sectra customer to this day. We are proud to have more than 700 customer sites in the US, comprised of prestigious university hospitals, multi-site regional health systems, stand-alone hospitals, and imaging centers. Sectra One, our enterprise software subscription model, provides unified access to all products and services and Sectra One Cloud offers fully managed software as a service via Microsoft Azure. From our bi-annual software releases to our customer education portal, our focus is solely on our customers’ enterprise imaging journey. For 11 consecutive years in the US, Sectra’s radiology module, Sectra PACS, has been awarded Best in KLAS for highest customer satisfaction.

Our leadership

Sectra’s US President, Isaac Zaworski, joined the US team in 2021. Isaac holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.

With an extensive background in enterprise imaging processing solutions and artificial intelligence applications from his time in the US Defense and Intelligence communities, Isaac looks to parlay his experience into the healthcare IT industry.

Local support and training

Technical support is provided through our highly skilled US-based service engineering team, who are connected 24/7 to the global Sectra call center. Additionally, remote monitoring is an integral part of Sectra support, and provides our customers with proactive monitoring of their mission critical systems. We also offer a variety of off-site and online customer training and education, including our 3-day user group meetings.
