Earlier this year, Sectra’s enterprise imaging system was deployed at Genomics England. It now ingests radiology and pathology imaging from a large number of NHS trusts and supports a world-leading initiative for cancer research. The program combines whole genome sequencing, pathology, and radiology data in what has been described as the largest multimodal cancer research platform in the world.
In this video Dr. Prabhu Arumugam, Director of Clinical Data and Imaging at Genomics England, and Torbjörn Kronander, President and CEO at Sectra, discuss how data from radiology, digital pathology, and genomics has the potential to significantly improve patient care, precision medicine, and the future of healthcare.
