Since 2004, Sectra Canada has successfully supported healthcare organizations when we established our first and still loyal customer in Ontario. To better serve Canadian healthcare providers and fully understand their needs, Sectra opened our Canadian office in 2017. We did this not only to increase our local presence across the nation but to also develop important relationships with our customers. Technical support and training are provided through our highly skilled Canadian and US-based service engineering team, who are connected 24/7 to the global Sectra call center. Additionally, remote monitoring is an integral part of Sectra support, and provides our customers with proactive monitoring of their mission critical systems. We also offer a variety of off-site and online customer training and education, including our annual 3-day user group meeting.
Sectra Canada’s President, Nader Soltani, joined the Sectra Canada team in 2020. With an extensive background in medical imaging and fluency in both English and French, Nader’s mission is to expand Sectra’s presence across Canada while ensuring high value for its existing customers. He also aims to develop strong medical imaging partnerships with Canadian hospitals and clinics to drive the evolution of enterprise imaging across the nation.
